Any customer who brings us a written food recipe to our Winery which includes a fruit wine as an ingredient will receive a free jar of jam or jelly compliments of Andrews Scenic Acres!

Olive Oil & Cassis or Framboise Dressing
(Dessert type)

Fruit wines are a versatile addition to any meal. They can be served with dessert, drizzled over ice cream or sipped from a glass during or after dinner. The addition of fruity raspberry flavours like black currant to the classic French dressing blends wonderfully with bitter leaves such as Radicchio or Belgian Endive.

INGREDIENTS:

4 fl oz Olive Oil
1 fl oz Cassis or Framboise Fruit Wine
1/2 fluid oz sherry vinegar
pinch of salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Shake all the ingredients together to blend and then serve. Simple and delicious!
